How fast can we set up a new event?
Create a tournament, set the schedule, and share the invite code in minutes.
Do I need to install anything to use the Control Room?
No. The Control Room runs in the browser. Only the OBS Bridge desktop app is optional for live overlays.
What is the fastest way to invite my crew?
Copy the invite code or send invite emails directly from the Admin tools.
Can I run a small event with a single person?
Yes. One person can run the full workflow, or you can split roles across the crew.
Is there a demo tournament to explore?
You can create a test tournament and delete it later. Everything is live-ready by default.

Control Room basics
What happens after I create a tournament?
You land in the Control Room and can immediately configure schedule, registration, and crew access.
How does the Stage Actions panel work?
Stage Actions lets you move the event through Quali, brackets, and finals with clear status and controls.
Can I override the active driver or run?
Yes. The Quali selector is a manual override to jump to any driver when needed.
Does the Control Room work on tablets?
Yes. The layout is responsive, but a desktop is best for multi-panel ops.
What if the internet drops?
The system reconnects automatically; keep a backup connection when running live events.
Does live data sync to overlays and commentator dashboards?
Yes. Scoring and results sync across the Control Room, overlays, and commentator tools.

When do I need to pay?
Setup is free. You only pay when you unlock Stage Actions to run a live event.
What plans are available?
Single Event is $24.95, Championship Series is $99.95 for up to 5 events, and Enterprise is .
What happens when I use all events?
Stage Actions lock until you unlock another event or season.
Can I upgrade from Single Event to Championship Series?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and keep your tournament data intact.
Is the Championship Series plan limited to 5 events?
Yes. The series plan includes up to five events. Larger series use Enterprise.
Scheduling & seasons
How do I set the event schedule?
Open Manage > Schedule and enter event name, track, and timing details.
Can I run a season with multiple events?
Yes. Use the Season schedule area to track multi-event series and standings.
Do I need a season name for a single event?
No. The season name only matters when you are running a series.
Can I change the event order later?
Yes. You can update schedule entries at any time before or during the event.
Does the schedule show on public pages?
Event details can be displayed on public registration and driver hubs.
Registration & check-in
How do I create a registration link?
Go to Registration and generate a public registration link for drivers.
How do I create a check-in link?
Generate a check-in link from Registration for on-site driver check-in.
Can I collect driver photos and car details?
Yes. Registration captures driver assets like photos, cars, teams, and flags.
Can I limit how many times a link is used?
Yes. Set a max use or expiration when creating the public link.
What fields are collected by default?
Driver name, number, team, car, and optional metadata like country and car details.
Can I prefill driver data on check-in?
Yes. The check-in portal can auto-fill existing driver details.
How do drivers register?
Drivers open the registration link and submit their details directly.
Can I approve registrations before they go live?
Yes. New registrations appear in ops actions for review.
Do drivers see standings after registering?
Yes. Driver hubs show live standings and stats once registration is active.

What public hubs are available for drivers?

How do drivers get their public links?
Share the public driver hub links from the Drivers section.
Can drivers view their season history?
Yes. The Season hub shows points, rank, and event history.
Can drivers see live battle brackets?
Yes. The Battle hub shows brackets and current match info.
Do drivers need accounts to view hubs?
No. Public hubs are shareable without accounts.
Are public pages mobile-friendly?
Yes. All public hubs are responsive.
Judging & scoring
How do judges score a run?
Judges score line, angle, and style in the live judging panels.
Can judges see live updates?
Yes. Scores sync instantly across the Control Room.
How are results published?
Results update automatically in Control Room and overlays as runs are scored.
What happens if a judge disconnects?
They can rejoin using the invite code and resume scoring.
Can we run multiple judging panels?
Yes. Each judge has their own panel with shared live state.
Live replay & highlights
How can judges see replays?
Replay streams are available in judge panels, with multi-angle views when configured.
How do we trigger a replay?
Use the replay controls in the Control Room to mark and send replay cues.
Can we mark highlight clips?
Yes. The highlights workflow lets you flag key moments for post-event use.
Is a replay dispatcher included?
Yes. A Lua replay dispatcher script is provided for OBS.
Do replays sync with brackets and results?
Yes. Replay triggers follow the live event state.
OBS & overlays
How do we integrate OBS?
Install OBS Bridge and add the provided browser sources for overlays.
What do the HTML overlays include?
Driver cards, brackets, results, and live stats overlays.
Do overlays include driver photos and flags?
Yes. Driver photos, cars, and flags can display on the overlay pack.
Can we edit the overlays to match our brand?
Yes. The overlays are simple HTML/CSS you can customize.
Is there a download pack for overlays?

Does the OBS Bridge reduce load on OBS?
Yes. The desktop bridge keeps data processing outside OBS.
Where do I get the OBS Bridge app?
Download it from the OBS Bridge link provided in the email or Control Room.
Discord & crew ops
How do we integrate Discord?
Connect your Discord bot and set role IDs in Config.
Can we move users into voice channels?
Yes. The Control Room can move users to dedicated VCs.
How do I group roles in Discord?
Map each role to the configured DISCORD_ROLE_* keys.
Can we take attendance with Discord?
Yes. The Admin sessions panel shows who has joined with the invite code.
How does Discord attendance work?
Connected users are logged in the Control Room so you can confirm who is online and in voice.
What happens if roles are missing?
The app will show a link to configure Discord roles before enabling moves.
Assets & media
What asset categories exist by default?
Driver, team, car, and flag assets are included by default.
Can I upload assets in bulk?
Yes. Use the Asset Manager to upload multiple assets quickly.
Can I link assets from a URL?
Yes. External URLs can be added as assets.
How do I create a custom asset category?
Create a new asset type in Config and upload matching files.
Do assets update live in overlays?
Yes. Asset changes propagate to overlays in real time.
Invites & access
How do invite codes work?
Invite codes give access to the Control Room and crew dashboards.
Can I rotate an invite code?
Yes. Rotating the code can optionally resend new invites.
Can I add more invite emails later?
Yes. Use Manage Invites to add or remove recipients.
What if someone loses their invite?
They can use the invite recovery form or you can resend the email.
Do invite emails track delivery?
Yes. Manage Invites shows last sent and last connected timestamps.

How do I switch from Quali to brackets?
Use Stage Actions to advance the event to Top 32 and beyond.
Can I manage multiple staff roles?
